Urban Vertical Farming
WE are going to sustainably grow fresh sprouts, microgreens and herbs in modern containers in Rome city center. Using the positive 432 HZ music vibration (it makes use of holistic techniques, growth and better product quality, compensating for the lack of direct contact of the plant with the earth itself), the latest hydroponic systems and led technology, our crops are grown year-round in the perfect, pesticide-free environment . Our hydroponics system uses 80% less water than traditional open-field farming, and all nutrients are kept within the closed-loop system removing any risk of agricultural run-off. Since we’re limiting food miles and keeping our produce local, our leaves can be in your kitchen within 3 hours of being picked and packed.
I've been working twenty and more years as Chef all over the world to move later on to a management position that gave me the opportunity to lead with success several large F&B operations working in some of the top hospitality companies.
Constantly driven by a natural thirst for professional knowledge, I've kept studying, learning and practicing every aspect of my area of expertise, taking particular interest in the molecular side of the ingredients, in particular the vegetable origin and related growing techniques.
My personal aim is to contribute to develop a personal sensorial experience based on sustainable organic food that would be easily approachable by all of us.
Born in Rome in '74, after so many experiences spent in many fields including advocacy, mediation, cruiseship logistic and catering, I decided to (re)discover the energy potential within each of us and I approached energy techniques of healing and harmonization among all beings; one of the consequences is the project we are creating, I believe in what I do.... do you?
